Some of my favorite books

I've long been a book maven, and love to share excellent books with others. Thus I've setup this page to share some of my favorite books, especially those that support us in creating a positive relationship with the environment and related topics.

Consider buying these as high-quality information nourishment for yourself – and your friends and allies. How thoughtful!

I welcome your comments on this book list, as well as your suggestions for other excellent books that I might include here. Note that I do have other books I want to add, as time allows.

PURCHASING NOTE: I choose all the books that I review here purely because I value them personally. And I encourage you to buy books from your local independent bookseller, your local used bookstore, or the author directly.

However, if you're going to buy from Amazon anyway, you can support my work by clicking on the Amazon links here to see the books, then either (1) buying them during that session, or (2) adding them (and any other items) to your cart and completing the purchase within three months. I get a small commission for the sale, which helps pay for my website hosting and development costs.

* Agenda for a New Economy: From Phantom Wealth to Real Wealth, by David C. Korten.
"A declaration of independence from Wall Street." "The old economy of green and dominion is dying. A new economy of life and partnership is struggling to be born. The outcome is ours to choose." David Korten puts into words the difference between harmful economics and healthy economics, then offers lots of specifics about what each looks like and how we can shift our support from the former to the latter.

2) If that comment box doesn't work for you, try the other second one lower down.
